Our business, Balcony1, recently completed an SB721 inspection for a client in Santa Monica, California. The client, Michaela Manoucheri, chose us for the job because of our experience and expertise in conducting such inspections.

The inspection involved borehole drilling to assess the condition of the wood framing inside of the balconies. This was necessary because the client wanted to make sure that the balconies were in compliance with SB721.
